7.1 If the Australian Consumer Law applies effectively, the customer has the advantage of guarantees relating to the rental of the equipment which cannot be excluded. 5.5 The rental fee starts with the rental period and lasts until the date on which you inform us that the equipment is available for pickup (the “off-hire” date). At that time, we give you a number to confirm that your application has been received (“off-hire number”). The equipment must be available for pickup no later than the time of day your rental began (for example. B if your rental started at 10 am, the equipment must be ready to be picked up no later than the rental date), otherwise we reserve the right to charge an additional rental fee.
